A new field has been added to customer delivery addresses to allow the recording of a delivery email address for contact purposes. This will help ensure that all relevant communication regarding deliveries is more streamlined.

 

Screens Affected:

The following screens have been updated to include the new Delivery Email Address field:

•Customer Masterfile Maintenance > Shipping/Delivery tab, where users can now record the delivery email address.

 

•Global Customer Enquiry > Shipping tab, where the email address is displayed if applicable and associated email button is now available.
