Further to Release Note 25.16.01 - Sales Order Contact Details Improvements, if users select a delivery contact from the query screen (using the magnifying glass), the contact, phone and/or email fields will populate automatically on the order - provided that information exists for the selected contact.
Please note that this will only occur when a contact is chosen directly from the delivery contact lookup screen. It will not trigger when a name is typed manually or when a pre-filled name from the customer or delivery address happens to match a CRM contact, ONLY when specifically selected from the query.
