Basic Details:

•Description - Displays the description of the selected product that will display on documents.

•Int. Desc - Displays a description for internal purposes only if required of the selected product.

•Stock UOM - Displays the stocked unit of measure of the selected product.

•Alt UOM - Displays the alternate unit of measure of the selected product for the default supplier.

•CVF - Displays the conversion factor (CVF) of the selected product for the default supplier.

•Product Type - Displays the product type of the selected product.

•Tax Code - Displays the tax code of the selected product.

•Manufacturer - Displays the manufacturer of the selected product.

•Prod Group - Displays the product group of the selected product. The product sub-group will also display if applicable.

•Manf Part No - Displays the manufacturers part number of the selected product.

•Def Supplier - Displays the default supplier of the selected product. Clicking the Goto button will navigate users to Global Vendor Enquiry.

•Supp Part No - Displays the supplier part number of the selected product for the default supplier.

Stock Balances and Activity:

•On Hand - Displays the amount of stock on hand

•Bin  - Displays the bin location

•On Cons'gt - Displays stock that has been invoiced but the invoice hasn't been updated as yet (ie on consignment)

•In Stock - Displays the amount of stock On Hand less On Cons'gt

•Committed - Displays the amount of stock allocated to sales orders and/or BOM build orders

•Available - Displays the amount of stock In Stock less Committed

•On B'order - Displays the amount of stock on backorder

•Total Stock - Displays the amount of stock Available less On B'order

•On Order - Displays the quantity of the selected product on outstanding purchase order/s

•Stock F'cast - Displays the amount of Total Stock plus On Order

•Supplier Stock Levels - Navigates users to the Supplier Stock Levels screen for the selected product (if set up in your system).

•Min Sale Qty - Displays the minimum sale quantity/multiple for the selected product if applicable

Catalogue Details:

• EzCode - Displays the EzCode for the selected product if applicable. Clicking the Goto button will navigate users to EzCode Product Enquiry.

•Web Code - Displays the Web Code for the selected product if applicable

•Page - Displays the catalogue page number for the selected product if applicable

Reordering:

•Min Stk Lvl - Displays the minimum stock level of the selected product

•Max Stk Lvl - Displays the maximum stock level of the selected product

•Wkly Usg - Displays the weekly usage of the selected product

•WoS Avail - Displays the weeks of stock available of the selected product.

A list of sell and cost prices is displayed for the selected product

Supplier Consignment Stock:

•Qty Supplier Cons'gt - Displays the quantity of consignment stock from suppliers for the selected product.

Product Overview:

•Qty Avail Other W/Hs - Displays the quantity available of the selected product in other warehouses. Double clicking the line will navigate users to Inventory Enquiry - Product Position by Warehouse where users can view the selected product in each warehouse.

•Secondary Suppliers - Displays the supplier codes for secondary suppliers for the selected product. Double clicking the line will navigate users to the Supplier Details tab.

•Supp Stock Levels - Displays the status of supplier stock levels. Double clicking the line will navigate users to the Supplier Stock Levels for the selected product.

•Has Substitute - Displays the product code of the substitute product, when a substitute is available for the selected product. Double clicking the line will navigate users to the Global Inventory Enquiry for the substitute product.

•Last Sold - Displays the date and invoice number the selected product was last sold on. Double clicking the line will navigate users to Sales Invoice Enquiry for this sale.

•Last Received - Displays the date and supplier code the selected product was last received on. Double clicking the line will navigate users to Stock Receipt Enquiry for this stock receipt.

•Office Brands Catalogues - Displays any supplier catalogues the selected product is in. Double clicking a line will navigate users to the Product Data Enquiry Screen.

•Min/Max Status - Displays the Min/Max status for the selected product. Double clicking the line will navigate users to the Min/Max Calculation tab.

Allow Description Change on Orders - If ticked the selected product has been set to allow description changes on orders.

Track Equipment in Service & Maint Module - If ticked the selected product has been set up to be tracked in the Service and Maintenance module.

Manual Min/Max - If ticked the selected product is set to have manual minimum and maximum stock levels.

Core Product - If ticked the selected product is set up as a core product.

Enviro Product - If ticked the selected product is set up as an environmentally friendly Product.

Exclude from Sales Analysis/Reporting - If ticked the selected product will be excluded from sales analysis and reporting.

Alpha Code - Displays the alpha code of the product used for searching.

APN/Barcode - Displays the APN/barcode of the selected product.

Image File - Displays the image file name.

Last Stocktaked - Displays the date the selected product was last counted in a stocktake.

Shipping Restriction - Displays the shipping restriction for the selected product if applicable.

Physical Specifications:

Length (mm) - Displays the length measurement for the selected product.

Width (mm) - Displays the width measurement for the selected product.

Height (mm) - Displays the height measurement for the selected product.

Weight (kg) - Displays the weight measurement for the selected product.

Cubic (m3) - Displays the cubic measurement for the selected product.

Additional Product Codes - Displays a list of additional product codes that have been set up for the selected product

Gift Voucher/Store Credit Settings:

•Voucher/Credit Type - Displays the voucher/credit type for the selected product if applicable

•Expiry Months - Displays the expiry months for the selected product if applicable

Membership Sale/Renewal Settings:

•Membership Type - Displays the membership type for the selected product if applicable

•Membership Months - Displays the membership months for the selected product if applicable

Loyalty Claim:

•Available as Loyalty Claim - Displays if the selected product code is available to be claimed under the loyalty program if applicable

•Points Value - Displays the points value required when claiming the selected product as a loyalty claim

•Override Description - Displays the override description to appear on documentation if applicable when the selected product is sold as a loyalty claim

General Ledger Interface:

•Sales Control Account - Displays the general ledger account set up for the selected product to override system and product group defaults

•COGS Control Account - Displays the general ledger account set up for the selected product to override system and product group defaults

•Stock Control Account - Displays the general ledger account set up for the selected product to override system and product group defaults

Selling Units of Measure - Displays the selected products selling units of measure and conversion factors for each selling unit of measure

Existing Supplier Details - Displays a list of suppliers for the selected product

Supplier - Displays the supplier code and name for the highlighted supplier

Goto - Navigates users to the Global Vendor Enquiry of the highlighted supplier

Supp Item # - Displays the supplier item number for the highlighted supplier

Purch UOM - Displays the purchasing unit of measure for the highlighted supplier

Conv Fact - Displays the conversion factor between the highlighted supplier's purchasing unit of measure and the Stock UOM

Alt UOM - Displays the alternate unit of measure for the highlighted supplier (usually the box or carton quantity of the product)

Min Ord Qty - Displays the minimum order quantity for the highlighted supplier in the Stock UOM

Future Cost - Displays the future cost for the highlighted supplier in the Stock UOM

Cost Updated - Displays the date the cost price was last updated for the highlighted supplier

Overseas Import Costing Details - Only applicable for overseas suppliers. When clicked, the Overseas Import Purchases - Product Costing Details screen will display. Not applicable for BBSCloud Lite.

Supplier Promotional Pricing - Displays promotional pricing for the highlighted supplier.

Hide Expired Prices - When ticked Supplier Promotional Pricing that has expired will be hidden. Users can untick the box to view expired supplier promotional pricing.

Displays a list of sell price levels, and their sell prices, sell price rules, sell price rule product overrides and whether or not the price is manually set.

Min G/P% allowed on order - Displays the minimum G/P allowed for this product, or Default if not configured.

Product/Shelf Label -  Displays the product/shelf label size for this product, or Default if not configured.

Volume Pricing - Displays volume pricing if applicable.

Promotional Pricing - Displays promotional pricing if applicable

Hide Expired Prices - When ticked Promotional Pricing that has expired will be hidden. Users can untick the box to view expired promotional pricing.

Product Contract & Prices - Displays any product contracts and pricing where the selected product has been included.

Print Product/Shelf Labels - Allows users to print a shelf label or product price label for the selected product.

Blurb/Long Description - Displays the blurb/long description for the selected product if applicable.

Features - Displays the features for the selected product if applicable.

Keywords - Displays the keywords for the selected product if applicable.

Specifications - Displays the specifications for the selected product if applicable.

Product Images - Displays the product images for the selected product if applicable. Double clicking an image will open it in the Product Image Viewer.

Online Resources - Displays the online resources for the selected product if applicable.

Office Brands Store Product Options - Displays if the selected product is an Office Brands web store product and the store category it belongs to.

Double-T Web Integration Options - Displays if the selected product is a Double-T web store product and the relevant details of the selected product.

Product Upload Data - Displays the product data for the selected product that is being uploaded to your Double-T website.
